The location is fantastic! It is really close to the center and lots of amazing restaurants. I loved the rooftop bar and the pool!
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff was not flexible about it, disappointing. There was also a big crowd during breakfast. The rooms were a bit small and not that quiet

My room was spacious. It was clean too. Direct garden access to the adjacent EmSphere mall was convenient. The buffet breakfast offered an amazing range of cuisine.
The pool closed early for a conference. It was inconvenient. Some areas are being sold for private functions. I was told I could not use the rooftop bar because of one.
